"Having the kids work with real problems with unpredictable conclusions...gives the kids the best kind of learning that we can offer... it takes [the learning] out of the textbooks and puts it in their hands.  I think the strength [of the organization] comes down to the partnership between the Castle staff, the artists that come in, and the coordinators who make sure [the programming] meets the teachers' needs and celebrates the significant specialty that the artist brings.
